Emtune V1.21

New Features

Added Math Expression parser engine to Emtune.
- Added Math Expression based Calculated Channels mode for use in the logger.

Added right click menu to logging tabs.

Emtune Update V1.19

New Features

MAJOR UPDATE - An expansion of the Emtron web server now adds the ability of Emtune auto updates and allows the latest version to operate in a backwards compatibility mode. Emtune will detect the version of firmware in the connected ECU or desired ECU cal file opened in offline mode and will apply the correct menu settings. This ensures calibration settings such as tables and menu items in Emtune will sync with the corresponding major firmware build version.
Calculated Channel feature added to Emtune. UI level functions added. Ability to code custom channels with C language. Calculated channels available in Emtune logging and Emtune gauges in realtime
Emtune Help is served online from the Emtron web server.
Optimalisation of vertical viewing space in the Logging View
Logging plot splitters made narrower for improved viewing space and cleaner look.
Logging Screen Runtime list has been rebuilt with a splitter added to allow user width control. “R” Button hotkey to toggle viewability functionality has been maintained.
DTC Code form sorting feature. Sorts by current and then by non active with error count codes

Cruise Control Command Switch voltage table added to allow user configuration of any single input cruise command switch.
Added support for temperature input channel units to be in represented in Ohms

Added a message box to confirm deleting logging pages or logging page groups to prevent accidental user deleting
Installer Paths added for Sensor Calibrations
Lambda trim “L” Button hotkey now limits the amount of instantaneous lambda trimming per button press. This will also limit the lambda trim from correcting when the lambda sensor is not ready due to an abnormal lambda error
Lambda trim “L” Button hotkey command now clears the current short term and current long term fuel trims with each key press. The currently used trims are also accounted for in the lambda correction calculation to prevent closed loop lambda control windup during VE table calibration
Minor logo colour theme change in Emtune
Improve Emtune application bootup time by 25 percent and show splash screen longer during the bootup process
Search feature speed improved
Shift Left and Shift left hotkey added to logging to allow shifting the log plot left and right
Bosch Windarab export feature added

Bug Fixes

Nitrous Visibility control issue fixed.
Filter setting now visible when input channel set to sync sensor.
Charge Temperature Offset now reads read correctly when configured to Imperial Units
Lambda correction hotkey functions during Pause (P button hotkey) mode now apply correctly.
Ctrl Z function not updating local single zone menu item settings until there is a user navigation. It now updates with no user navigation as expected.
ECU Overview summary “Trailing Spark” channels displaying even when this ignition mode was not selected fixed.
Track Map not plotting fixed.
Changing view into logging page or from runtimes list would cause navigation bar toggle tabs. Focus now goes to the currently opened tab navigation.
Status bit based data no updating when in pause mode

Emtune Update V1.16

4th December 2018

New Features

Tables and the surface plot now have a five colour gradient. There are 3 main colour groups:
Fuel related tables
Ignition related tables
All other tables
‘Builds Features’ can now be enabled and disabled from Emtune. Enabled Builds will be displayed in the welcome screen.
Offline Cal files can now be locked
A new warning when attempting to exceed the maximum password length.
New table smoothing feature (S button) . Can be pressed once or held until desired smoothing effect reached.

Bug Fixes

Fixed issues with occasional incorrect menu visibility.
Keyboard events causing help search issues.

Emtune Update V1.15

R35 GT-R Plugin ECU base calibration added to the Cal files directory.
Emtune controls EFI relay when there is a key OFF event to allow online editing while the PC is connected.

Emtune Update V1.14

ECU online lockout when attempting to connect to a newer firmware than the current version of Emtune supports
Active Cell Crosshair feature that tracks the current logger cursor position - O key toggles a yellow box in the tuning view.
Manifold Pressure channel imperial units is now an option.

Emtune Update V1.6

18th January 2016

To take advantage of new gauge layouts, you may need to reset the gauge layouts to their default setting. To do this, select ‘Dash Setup’ from the ‘File’ menu, and then click the ‘Reset to Default’ button down the bottom right. Warning: This will erase all dash customisations that have been made - only do this if you are not concerned with losing customisations.
