Tables turn one or two live channels into another live channel. EmStream looks up the table from the current inputs and interpolates between cells. The result is available in the live-data list, grids, plots, gauges, and maths.

The grid editor is the same one used in Display Studio and EmVision. Axis setup, fill, interpolate, and copy/paste are described in Tables (Display Studio).

Add a table

1. Open File → Tables.
2. Click Add Table.
3. Set Name and Output Channel.
4. Open Axis Setup and assign the X channel. Assign a Y channel as well for a 2D table. One axis is a 1D lookup.
5. Enter cell values. Generate an axis from a start, step, and maximum, or type breakpoints yourself.

Right-click a table in the list to Cut, Copy, Paste, or Delete it. Drag tables to reorder them. Load and Save on the table toolbar store one table’s configuration.
